This class is a 75 minute reset for your body and mind. Each class is centered around a seasonal theme and offers time to journal and reflect, mindful and relaxing movement, breath-work, and closes with a 10 minute meditation.

April 2 | Thursday | 7pm

This class blends mindful movement with Pilates-inspired exercise, designed specifically for all stages of pregnancy. Each session focuses on improving posture, building stability, easing common pregnancy discomforts + enhancing breath awareness to support both body + baby.
